Our History

Judson Realty LLC was formed in 1997 as the successor company of Judson Realty Inc.

Judson Realty Inc. was founded in 1972 by E. William Judson, based on real estate holdings that previously formed part of the portfolio of Jules Stein, founder of the Music Corporation of America (MCA). From these properties, which were centered on the vicinity of 57th Street and Madison Avenue in Manhattan, the company developed into a general service real estate firm that specializes in all aspects of real property management, acquisitions and sales, leasing, appraisals and representation.

In the 1970s, as designers experimented with new looks in fashion, so too did they explore new locations in which to showcase their styles. Working with these creatives, Judson Realty helped remake Madison Avenue, driving its shift from modest neighborhood retail to a shopping destination featuring many of the world’s leading luxury brands. Lessees rely on us for our understanding of the market and our knowledge of the corridor’s spaces, whether currently available or likely to become so.
