Sebastian Laverde has been with Judson Realty LLC since 2020, working initially in property management, where he oversaw 16 commercial, residential and mixed-use properties. In 2022, he adeptly transitioned to his current role as a full-time retail leasing agent, representing both landlords and tenants. Mr. Laverde capably serves his clients with astute market research, strong relationship skills and savvy dealmaking. His professional approach ensures a rewarding leasing experience for his clientele. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
